3. Personalized Offers: Based on your chat records and function preferences, we provide personalized recommendations (topics/functions you may like) but won’t over-collect or misuse info to disturb your use.

4. Legal Compliance: We may use or disclose your info as required by laws, government bodies, or judicial authorities to meet legal obligations.

1. Storage Details: Your personal info is stored on secure servers in the People’s Republic of China. Cross-border storage (if needed) requires your explicit consent first. We keep info only as long as service needs—after that, it’s anonymized or permanently erased.

2. Protection Measures: We adopt multiple technical and management measures to secure info, including encrypted storage, strict access controls (only authorized staff can access), regular security checks, and an info leakage emergency plan. Note: The Internet has risks—we can’t fully eliminate illegal access, but we’ll act fast and notify you if it happens.

3. Authorization Withdrawal: Disable permissions (location, photo album, etc.) in device settings (e.g., "Settings - Apps - Luraa - Permissions") or the App anytime. This stops info collection but may affect permission-dependent functions.

4. Account Cancellation: Cancel your Luraa account via support. After cancellation, your info is cleared (except as required by law) and can’t be restored.

7. Minor Protection

The App doesn’t serve minors (under 18). If a minor uses it by mistake, their guardian should contact us (contact@appluraa.com) promptly. We’ll delete the minor’s info and end service access.

8. Policy Changes & Notifications

1. We may revise this Policy due to legal updates or App service adjustments. The revised Policy will be posted in the App with an effective date.

2. If changes impact your core rights (expanded info collection, updated sharing rules), we’ll notify you via in-app pop-ups or SMS. Disagree? Stop using the App—continuing use means you accept the revised Policy.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes over this Policy will first be resolved via friendly negotiation. If failed, either party can sue at the people’s court with jurisdiction over the App’s developer.
